South Eastern Coalfields Limited Apprenticeship 2025 Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
- Graduate Apprentices: A three-year bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines like Mining Engineering, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
- Technician Apprentices: A three-year diploma in relevant engineering branches (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) after Class 10 or 2 years post-Class 12 with lateral entry.
- Candidates must have completed their education through a full-time, regular mode.

SECL Apprentice – Selection Process
The selection process involves shortlisting candidates based on:
- Date of Graduation: Earlier graduates are given higher preference.
- Academic Performance: In the case of a tie, percentages in degree/diploma and high school marks will act as tie-breakers.
- State-Based Preference: Two provisional lists will be created—one for candidates from Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh (Level-1) and the other for candidates from other states (Level-2). Candidates from Level-2 will be considered after exhausting the Level-1 list.
Selected candidates must undergo a document verification process and pass a medical fitness test.
